4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Rocket — the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (applies to all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (applies to all methods)

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframes

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Unexpected delays in the banking system may occasionally cause this to take a little longer.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

You must deposit and withdraw using a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party account is strictly prohibited and may result in funds being forfeited and the account being closed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets required to fulfil the wagering condition.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified period after the bonus is received — the applicable period is stated at the time the bonus is issued.
• 7hi77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The 7hi77 VIP program has three tiers. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.8%

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

Fair play is ensured on the 7hi77 platform. All game outcomes are generated impartially through a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is deemed void due to a technical error, the relevant stake will be refunded.
